Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

All custom harness' are built to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks from order date for custom harness to ship. We ship all store orders via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notice via email along with your tracking information.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We offer a return / exchange for items purchased on our online store if returned within 14 days of purchase and are in the original unused condition and packaging. Any items outside of this window are not eligable for a return/exchange. Refunds once processed may take up to 7 working days to return to you depending on who you bank with. 

 

If you have an issue with your order please email specmsw@gmail.com with your order number and any information and/or photographs where needed.

 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for the following:

  • Custom Orders

  • BMW E36 OEM Harness Modification

  • If you or someone else has damaged an item which has arrived to you faulty, while trying to fix it.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your online order up to the point of dispatch, by email. Your order will then be refunded in full.

You man cancel you online order for the BMW E36 OEM Harness Modification up until we receive your core harness. Your order will then be refunded in full. If you decide to cancel after we have started this service, no refund will be offered.

All items should be returned to us in unused condition and the original packaging. You should also enclose your proof of purchase.

Return postage must be paid by yourself. Once we have received the returned items, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used. This can take up to 7 working days.

 

MISSING ITEMS 

Missing items must be reported to us within 10 days of delivery.

 

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS

All damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hrs of delivery, and also where possible when the item is delivered if it is noticably damaged please note this with the courier. You can contact us via email to report the damage at specmsw@gmail.com 

Photographic evidence will be required. Once we have received notification that an item is damaged, we will then have the item collected and returned to us where we will then issue a replacement item or a refund. All items must be returned to us in unused condition and the original packaging. If an item develops a fault, you should contact us straight away by email. You must be able to provide proof of purchase i.e order confirmation email, invoice or till receipt.

 

 

WARRANTY INFORMATION 

Spec Motorsport Wiring only offers a warranty of goods sold in line with the manufactures warranty information. 
If a fault should occur with any goods sold on our website, please contact us within 48 hours of the fault occurring, with as much information and images as possible to specmsw@gmail.com all information will be passed to the manufacture to determine the cause of the fault.

Once the fault has been evaluated and can be repaired or replaced under warranty we will provide you with any information necessary and the process of returning, replacing or repairing the item will start.

 

Warranty for any Spec Motorsport Wiring Harnesses covers manufacturing faults only. Any Harnesses that have been tampered with, altered or damaged by the customer and/or user after completion will not be covered under warranty.
